Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and promotional items included. A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Best Value Finders currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its only payment method. Since payments are collected in cash upon delivery, approved refunds will not be provided in cash during pickup. Instead, refunds will be processed through a bank transfer or another refund method communicated by our customer support team after the returned item has successfully passed inspection.

How to Request a Return

Return Pickup
